  "text": "(1) The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 3 (amendment of Schedule 7B of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986) in the substituted paragraph 7(b) to Schedule 7B of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 for the words “Fifth Edition” there shall be substituted “Fifth Edition corrected version”.",
