# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2001, Regulation 5: Amendment of regulation 48 (Maintenance of seat belts and anchorage points)


(1) Regulation 48 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1) for “regulation 46(4A)(a)” there shall be substituted “regulation 46(3) and item 4 in the Table in that regulation”.
