# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2002, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2002. Regulations 2, 3 and 5 shall come into force on 1 July 2002 and for the purpose of Regulation 4 shall come into force on 1st August 2002.
