# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2002, Regulation 2: Amendment to Regulation 61A


(1) Regulation 61A of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 shall be amended by the insertion in the third column of the Table the entry specified below.
(2) In item 2, after the last entry there shall be inserted
“2001/27/EC”
