# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2002, Regulation 5: Amendment of Regulation 15 (braking systems of certain vehicles first used on or after 1st April 1983)


In paragraph (1E) of Regulation 15, for the word “April” there shall be substituted “May”.
