# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1988, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations revoke the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1988 which were defective, and provide that the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 shall have effect as if the (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations had never been made.
