  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations further amend the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986.\nThe 4.2 metre height restriction on the bodywork of goods vehicles with a total laden weight exceeding 35,000 kg is removed.\nRegulation 21 which governs wheels not fitted with pneumatic tyres, regulation 45 which governs the power to weight ratio of heavy vehicles and regulation 58 which governs noise limits for vehicles first used before 1st October 1983 are omitted.\nConsequential amendments are made to regulations 4 and 59.",
