# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2001, Regulation 3: Amendment to regulation 61A


(1) Regulation 61A shall be amended by the insertion in the third column of the Table the entry specified below.
(2) In item 1, after the last entry there shall be inserted—
“2001/1/EC”
