Regulation 5 Amendment to Schedule 7B (emissions from certain motor vehicles)

In Schedule 7B, in paragraph 7 for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—

“(b)

“the emissions publication” is the publication entitled “In-Service Exhaust Emission Standards for Road Vehicles—Seventh Edition” (ISBN 0-9526457-6-9) published by the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions.”
