# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2010, Regulation 2: Amendment of Regulations

(1) The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 are amended as follows.
(2) In the Table in regulation 3(2) (interpretation), for the meaning specified in column 2 for the expression “the Community Recording Equipment Regulation” substitute —
“Council Regulation (EEC) No. 3821/85 on recording equipment in road transport as read with the Community Drivers’ Hours and Recording Equipment Regulations 2007.”.
