  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986.\nThe requirement that petrol tanks fitted to vehicles and used for the propulsion of the vehicles must be so constructed and maintained that the leakage of any liquid or vapour is adequately prevented is amended to apply to all fuel tanks.\nDrafting amendments have also been made.",
