# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 1996, Regulation 2: Commencement and Citation


These Regulations shall come into force for the purposes of regulation 4 on 6th March 1996 and for all other purposes on 10th February 1997.
