# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2007, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 1st September 2007
Laid before Parliament 6th September 2007
Coming into force 1st October 2007
The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 41(1), (2) and (5) of the Road Traffic Act 1988.
In accordance with section 195(2) of that Act she has consulted with such representative organisations as she thinks fit.
