# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No.3) Regulations 2005, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 27th October 2005
Laid before Parliament 2nd November 2005
Coming into force 12th December 2005
The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1988.
In accordance with section 195(2) of that Act he has consulted such representative organisations as he thinks fit.
