  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Regulations 1987.\n(2) These Regulations shall come into force for the purposes of regulation 13 on 1st April 1988 and for all other purposes on 6th May 1987.",
