Regulation 9 Amendments relating to braking systems

In sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (2) of regulation 17–

(a)

after the words “a vehicle to which” there shall be inserted the words “paragraph (1) or (1A) of”; and

(b)

after the words “Community Directive 79/489” there shall be inserted the words “or 85/647”.
