Regulation 4 Amendment of Schedule 7B (emissions from certain motor vehicles)

In Schedule 7B, in paragraph 8, for the words “with free acceleration” there shall be substituted the words “when tested in accordance with point 8.2.2. of Annex II of Council Directive 96/96/EC^f1 as replaced by Article 1 of Commission Directive 1999/52/EC”^f2.

In Schedule 7B, in paragraph 9, in sub-paragraph (a) the word “; and” and sub-paragraph (b) shall be deleted.
