Regulation 2 Amendment of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986

Schedule 7B to the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986^f1 shall be further amended as follows.

In paragraph 7, for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—

“(b)

“the emissions publication” is the publication entitled “In Service Exhaust Emission Standards for Road Vehicles – Tenth Edition” (ISBN 0-9526457-9-3) published by the Department for Transport.”
