  "text": "ROAD TRAFFIC\nMade 4th July 2006\nLaid before Parliament 7th July 2006\nComing into force 1st August 2006\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 41(1), (2) and (5) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 .\nIn accordance with section 195(2) of that Act, he has consulted with representative organisations.",
