Regulation 2 Amendment of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986

Schedule 7B to the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986^f1 shall be amended as follows.

In paragraph 7, for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—

“(b)

“the emissions publication” is the publication entitled “In Service Exhaust Emission Standards for Road Vehicles – Thirteenth Edition” (ISBN 978-0-9549352-2-1) published by the Department for Transport.”
