# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 18th February 2014
Coming into force 1st April 2014
The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Act 1988.
Representative organisations have been consulted in accordance with section 195(2) of that Act.
