# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 4th February 2015
Laid before Parliament 10th February 2015
Coming into force 9th March 2015
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 41(1), (2) and (5) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (“the 1988 Act”).
Representative organisations have been consulted in accordance with section 195(2) of the 1988 Act.
