# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Regulation 11: Condition and maintenance of tyres


(1) In paragraph (i) of regulation 27(4)(a), after “an agricultural motor vehicle”, insert “, not being a category T tractor,”.
(2) In paragraph (iii) of regulation 27(4)(a), omit “or”.
(3) In paragraph (iv) of regulation 27(4)(a), for “20mph.”, substitute “20 mph; or”.
(4) After paragraph (iv) of regulation 27(4)(a), add—
“(v) a category T tractor that is not driven at more than 40 km/h.”
