# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Regulation 15: Speedometers


(1) In regulation 35(2)(c), after “agricultural motor vehicle”, insert “, not being a category T tractor,”.
(2) In regulation 35(2), after sub-paragraph (c), insert—
“(ca) a category T tractor which is not driven at more than 40 km/h;”.
