# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Regulation 3: Interpretation


In the table in regulation 3(2), after the expression “car transporter”, insert—
“
category T tractor
A vehicle in “category T” as defined in Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 167/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 February 2013 on the approval and market surveillance of agricultural and forestry vehicles.
”
