# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Regulation 8: Springs and resilient material


(1) In regulation 22(3)(b), after “an agricultural motor vehicle”, insert “, not being a category T tractor,”.
(2) In regulation 22(3), after sub-paragraph (b), insert—
“(ba) a category T tractor which is not driven at more than 40 km/h;”.
