Road Traffic

Coming into force 1st February 2021
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41(1), (2)(a) and (5) of the Road Traffic Act 1988f1.
The Secretary of State has consulted representative organisations in accordance with section 195(2) of that Act.
