  "text": "ROAD TRAFFIC\nMade at 9.24 a.m. on 7th April 2025\nLaid before Parliament at 12.00 p.m. on 7th April 2025\nComing into force 29th April 2025\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41(1) and (5) of the Road Traffic Act 1988.\nThe Secretary of State has consulted with representative organisations in accordance with section 195(2) of that Act.",
