# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use)(Amendment)(No.4) Regulations 2009, Regulation 2: Amendment of Regulations


In regulation 37(5) of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986—
(a) omit “or” after sub-paragraph (j); and
(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (k) add—
“; or
(l) used for mountain rescue purposes”.
