# The Road Vehicles (Excise) (Prescribed Particulars) (Amendment) Regulations 1987, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations further amend the Road Vehicles (Excise) (Prescribed Particulars) Regulations 1981.
Regulations 3 and 4, with Schedules 1 and 2, make provision for the recovery vehicle class, established with effect from 1st January 1988 under the Vehicles (Excise) Act 1971 as amended by the Finance Act 1987.
Regulations 5 and 6 make amendments to the forms of application for trade licences.
