# The Road Vehicles Lighting (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 12: Amendment to Part II of Schedule 10 (requirements relating to optional rear position lamps)


In Part II of Schedule 10 for “the only requirement prescribed by these Regulations in respect of any which are fitted is that specified in paragraph 7 of Part I” there shall be substituted “the only requirements prescribed by these Regulations in respect of any which are fitted are those specified in paragraphs 7 and 12(b) of Part I”.
