  "text": "Definitions—\nIn this Schedule—\n(a) “approval mark” means a marking designated as an approval mark by regulation 3 of the Designation of Approval Marks Regulations and shown at item 70 of Schedule 2 to those Regulations; ...\n(b) “British Standard mark” means the specification for rear markings for vehicles published by the British Standards Institution under the reference BS AU 152: 1970, namely “BS AU 152” ; and\n(c) “70.01 mark” means the international approval mark referred to in paragraph 5.4.1 of ECE Regulation 70 as amended by the 01 series of amendments (as in force on 15th October 2008).",
