Regulation 3 Amendments relating to fees

(1)

Regulation 7 shall be amended as follows.

(2)

For paragraph (4) there shall be substituted the following paragraph–

“(4)

Regulations 12(4) and (4A), and 16(4), (4A), (5) and (5A) of the 1988 Regulations^f1 shall apply with appropriate modification to an inspection or further inspection after a vehicle has failed an inspection.”
