# The Road Vehicles (Prohibition) (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 4: Amendments relating to fees


(1) Regulation 8 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (3), for the words “Regulation 20(2A), (3), (3A) and (4) of the 1981 Regulations” there shall be substituted the words “Regulation 20(2A), (2B), (3), (3A) and (4) of the 1981 Regulations”.
