# The Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) (No. 5) Regulations 2003, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations raise the fee payable on applications for the registration of a mechanically propelled vehicle from £25 to £38 with effect from 1st January 2004.
