# The Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st July 1995
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(1)(e), (2) and (3) and 57(1), (2), (3) and (5) of, and paragraph 7(7) of Schedule 4 to, the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
