ROAD TRAFFIC

Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(2)

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(1)(a), (f) and (h), 22A and 57(1), (2), (3) and (5) of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994f1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
