Regulation 3 Change of keeper

In regulation 21(3) for “he shall notify” there shall be substituted “he shall forthwith notify”.

In regulation 22(2)(b) for “the remainder of the registration document to the Secretary of State, duly completed to include the following” there shall be substituted “to the Secretary of State on the remainder of the registration document, or otherwise in writing, the following information”.

In regulation 24(5)(a)(iii) for “registered keeper” there shall be substituted “vehicle trader”.
