# The Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 6: Regulations prescribed under section 59(2) of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994


In regulation 47 for “(fines not to exceed level 3 on the standard scale applies)” there shall be substituted “(fines not to exceed level 3 on the standard scale) applies”.
