  "text": "In paragraph 13 (prescribed fees) of Schedule 2—\n(1) In sub-paragraph (1), for “sub-paragraph (2)” substitute “sub-paragraphs (2), (3) and (3A)”.\n(2) In sub-paragraph (1)(a), for “£34” substitute “£42”.\n(3) In sub-paragraph (1)(b), for “£20” substitute “£25”.\n(4) In sub-paragraph (3)—\n(a) for “£2” substitute “£12”; and\n(b) for “£1” substitute “£7”.\n(5) After sub-paragraph (3), insert—\n“(3A) In the case of an examination carried out in Northern Ireland the fee payable under sub-paragraph (1)(a) shall be reduced by £8, and the fee payable under sub-paragraph (1)(b) shall be reduced by £5.”.",
