# The Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 23rd March 2015
The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(1) and (2), 57 and 59(2)(a) of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994.
