Regulation 15 Amendment of Regulations

Schedule 8 (regulations to which the offences provision in section 59(2)(a) of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 applies) is amended as follows.

In column (1) of the table after “16(1)” insert “or (1B)”.
