# The Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, Regulation 3: Amendment of Regulations


For regulation 3(1A)(b) substitute—
“(b) the insurer of the vehicle has notified the Secretary of State that the vehicle is suitable for repair; and”.
