  "heading": "Notification of destruction or permanent export of a vehicle",
  "text": "(1) The registered keeper of a vehicle must immediately notify the Secretary of State if that vehicle is sent permanently out of the UK.\n(2) The Secretary of State may, if he thinks fit, accept a notification under paragraph (1) by electronic means.\n(3) A notification under paragraph (1) may be made on the registered keeper’s behalf by a vehicle trader by, or to whom, the vehicle is sold or disposed of.",
