  "heading": "Contents of a reduced pollution certificate",
  "text": "A reduced pollution certificate shall contain the following information—\n(a) the registration mark of the eligible vehicle;\n(b) the date on which the certificate expires;\n(c) the make and model of the vehicle;\n(d) the vehicle identification number;\n(e) particulars of any prescribed adaptation that has been made to the vehicle;\n(f) the emission standard with which the vehicle complies;\n(g) if appropriate, the vehicle testing station or other place at which the reduced pollution examination was conducted.",
