  "text": "(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (3), the prescribed fee for an examination, whether under paragraph 1 or under paragraph 4, shall be £41 .\n(2) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(3) If, at the request of the person submitting the vehicle for examination, the examination is conducted out of hours the fee shall be increased by £9 .\n(4) In sub-paragraph (3) “out of hours” has the meaning given by paragraph 13(4) of Schedule 2.",
