  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made to correct an error in S.I. 1998/572 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument\nROAD TRAFFIC\nMade 7th April 1998\nLaid before Parliament 8th April 1998\nComing into force 9th April 1998\nThe Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21(3) and 57 of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 and by virtue of the Department of Transport (Fees) Order 1988, hereby makes the following Regulations:—",
