# The Road Vehicles (Testing) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2013, Regulation 3: Maintenance and efficiency of brakes


(1) Table I in regulation 18(3) is amended as follows.
(2) In column 2 of item 1, after “A vehicle”, insert “, not included in item 1A,”.
(3) After item 1, insert—

A vehicle of a class specified in item 1 of the Table in regulation 15 and first used on or after 25th July 2010.
