  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order provides that a notice given under the Road Works (Registers, Notices, Directions and Designations) (Scotland) Regulations 1992 shall satisfy the requirements of any enactment (other than a special enactment to which section 160(1), (2) or (3) of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 applies) with regard to the giving of notice of proposed road works.",
