Section VIII Fines paid to Surveyors for repairing the Highway.

And bee itt further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That all Fines and Forfeitures to bee imposed or incurred by virtue of this Act shall bee paid to the Surveyors for the tyme being for and towards the repaireing of the said ruinous places in the said High way according to the true meaneing of this Act and not to any other person or persons or to or for any other use or uses intent or purpose whatsoever.
